# Functions (CSV Import)

***Prerequisites:*** You will need to have at least one or more existing [People](/oconect/setup-guides/enterprise-mapping-manually/people.md) to be created

For importing functions you need to have a correctly formatted CSV filled with data according to the fields below. We recommend you to download the pre-formatted example CSV and then filling in your own data.

Field types and options:

* Function Name (Text): Can be any text
* Function Owner (Text): Email of a valid [People](/oconect/setup-guides/enterprise-mapping-manually/people.md#people-type)

*Example Table*

| Function Name     | Function Owner         |
| ----------------- | ---------------------- |
| Sales & Marketing | <jack@example.com>     |
| Finance           | <jennifer@example.com> |
