Prerequisites: You will need to have at least one or more existing Departments, People, Teams, Systems and External Value Chains to be created

Process Type

* means a required field

  • *Process Name (Text): Can be any text

  • *Process Type (Selection): Select between "Automated" , "Informal", "Manual"

  • Process Description (Text): Can be any text

Depending on the "Process Type" you select there will be 2 different options.

If you selected "Automated" then this will be the field related to the Process

If you selected "Informal" or "Manual" then this will be the field related to the process

  • Connected External Value Chain (External Value Chain): Searches for a valid External Value Chains by field "EVC Company Name"

-> *Connected System (System): Searches for a valid by field "System Name"

-> *Connected Department (Department): Searches for a valid by field "Department Name"

Team Name (Team): Searches for a valid by field "Team Name"

*Process Owner (Person): Searches for a valid by field "Full Name"
