Prerequisites: You may need to have at least one or more existing Functions and Departments to be created
To make someone a external person you need to check the "External Person" checkbox as highlighted
This will allow you to add a "External Person" which changes the popup to look like this:
* means a required field
*First Name (Text): Can be any text
*Last Name (Text): Can be any text
*Email (Text): Formatted as an email address
*Position (Text): Can be any text
External Person (Yes / No): Checkbox
These fields only apply if "External Person" is not checked
Department (Department): Searches for a valid Department Typeby field "Department Name"
Function Owner (Function): Searches for a valid Function Type by field "Function Name"
Department Manager (Department): Searches for a valid Department Type by field "Department Name"
When created the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields get joined to create a field called "Full Name" which is used in searches
